Writeup:
The type of encryption used here is the Enigma Machine. The challenge is called “WWII Code,” since it was used by the Germans in WWII to send encrypted messages. Given are the different “settings” for cracking the code. The last 4 plugboard partners that are to be solved are “ut yw lq xv.” We can find these plugboards by focusing on the output text and substituting letters as needed. Having found this, the flag would then be decrypted to RTL{3nigm@_1s_th3_w@y_t0_g0}.
