MaltaCTF 2025 is a premier, invitation-only CTF competition, scheduled for September 2025 in Valletta, Malta. This exclusive event is the first of its kind to be hosted in Malta, and will bring together 12 elite teams—8 international and 4 local—comprising some of the world’s most talented cybersecurity experts and ethical hackers.

Organized by Friendly Maltese Citizens, a consortium of six internationally renowned hacking teams. MaltaCTF serves as a platform for showcasing cutting-edge skills, fostering innovation, and promoting collaboration in the information security community.

Qualification is based on the top 4 teams from MaltaCTF Quals, plus 1 team each from SmileyCTF, DeadSec CTF, idekCTF, and SekaiCTF. Exact dates and schedule TBA.
